CONEC Hybrid Connectors

CONEC Hybrid Connectors are advanced connection systems designed to combine power supply and data transmission within a single, compact connector. Available as hybrid overmoulded versions, hybrid configurable connectors, and hybrid mounting flanges, this product range supports modern machine and drive concepts while significantly reducing cabling complexity. Conventional wiring of motors, servo drives, and linear units requires separate cables for power and control, resulting in increased installation space, higher costs, and greater maintenance and diagnostic effort. CONEC hybrid connectors eliminate these challenges by integrating power and Industrial Ethernet data into one standardized interface.

The CONEC Hybrid Connector Series is being certified according to IEC 61076-2-118, ensuring global standardization, consistent compatibility between devices, cables, and connectors, and long-term supply chain stability. This standardization also defines clear product reliability criteria based on proven international standards. All connector sizes feature a 360° shielded data core designed for Industrial Ethernet Cat 5 with AWG22 wire cross-section, ensuring reliable and high-performance data transmission. CONEC offers solutions with molded-on conductors, field-installable connectors, and mounting flanges for device-side integration.
