WALTHER was founded in 1897 in Grimma near Leipzig. Today, the family-owned company has its headquarters in Eisenberg (Pfalz), between Mannheim and Kaiserslautern and is centrally located in Germany and Europe.

In the entire company group, more than 350 employees are working today on the development, production and sales of CEE plugs and sockets, socket combinations, industrial connectors, charging infrastructure for e-mobility, power distributors and transformer stations - the latter through our subsidiary Bosecker Verteilerbau Sachsen GmbH.

WALTHER stands for 'made in Germany'. We use only the highest grade of raw meterials and components in the manufacturing of our products. This guarantees superior product quality and peak reliability in "harsh" environments and under the toughest operating conditions.
